The Technical Lead will support the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment in an evolving ecosystem consisting of clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional and technical workshops
Demonstrate leadership skills in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying solutions
Expertise in user journey preparations, user story reviews, data modeling, Apex design patterns, LWC, and other modern UI techniques
Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions that meet client needs
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving conversations with their Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders to shape the architectural vision and establish a program architectural roadmap
Guide customers, partners, and implementation teams on how best to execute digital transformation with the Salesforce platform
Highlight and proactively manage risk areas in the solution, committing to seeing issues through to completion
Required Skills
Min 7-10 experience in developing technology solutions
3+ years of experience handling client-facing projects with increasing responsibility in systems development and related business consulting
Knowledge in Identity and Access Management and Integration Security
Proficiency in Salesforce/Apex, triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, and LWC, and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, etc.)
Expertise in the following Industry Cloud will be a value add: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio. Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud), Energy & Utilities, Health Cloud
Domain expertise in Banking & Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Retail
Collaborating with the presales team and mentoring the team
