Vinod founded CRMIT Solutions in 2003, and continues to drive CRMIT’s business and technological strategies. He brings in a vast experience from his technical and management positions in the past including those from American Airlines, BroadVision and Sabre Holdings. He has been instrumental in growing CRMIT Solutions from a startup to one of the pioneers in SaaS based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution providers.

Naveen drives CRMIT’s Customer 360 initiatives riding on a Global Analytics Practice. He leads a team of experienced consultants across specialized verticals. Naveen also leads a robust Einstein discovery and analysts practice for Salesforce platforms along with Cloud BI Initiatives.
Naveen has over 22+ years of extensive experience in designing road maps, strategies, user adaption, BI & Data governance along with development and analysis of data warehousing, reporting automation, dashboarding, analytical modelling, and business intelligence programs both on premises and cloud. His expertise in enterprise platforms and tools also include Informatica, ODI, Talend, SSAS, OAC, OBIEE, Tableau, QlikView and Salesforce Einstein Discovery and Einstein Analytics.
SVP – US Operations & Global Analytics
Damien is an incredible leader with demonstrated success in the industry. He is responsible for the P&L of the APAC and plays a key role in CRMIT’s market expansion plans. In the recent past, he has served in Salesforce Australia as the Regional Vice President, of Professional Services. He has also held leadership roles at NTT Data, Inogenence, and SAP among others.
Managing Director – APAC
Dinesh oversees the global marketing and communications for CRMIT Solutions. He is responsible for strategic planning and development, branding, market research, and customer service across global markets. His expertise in coordinating the production of public relations, media, creative, promotions and advertising enables him, in building and strengthening the distinctive positioning of the company’s portfolio of services and working with other organizational units within the company to define and execute strategic initiatives.

C. V. Venkata Subramanian currently leads the worldwide sales organization across all verticals for CRMIT Solutions. In this capacity, Venkata directly oversees entire field sales, pre-sales & inside sales across all international operations for CRMIT Solutions. With over 22+ years in the industry, Venkata has led number of leadership roles across solution sales, presales, partner management, consulting and services.
Chief Operating Officer
Saurabh heads the Digital360 Solutions and also manages presales practice. He helps reimagine digital with the power of marketing & commerce and drive growth with customer-first digital experiences.
His inherent urge to Think Differently in every aspect of work and obsession for Quality, provides him with right fodder to constantly innovate in solving customer challenges and improving their digital experience.
Over the last 2 decades, he has had the opportunity to work with global organizations like Wipro and Decathlon, before joining CRMIT.

VP & Global Head of Engineering & Innovation
Jim is an accomplished finance-centric leader in the healthcare management industry with experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, business risk management, CRM transformation, sales strategy, and pipeline reporting expert, and an effective leader adept at working collaboratively with key stakeholders and developing talent.
He has more than 30 years of experience working with leading Healthcare Insurance providers in the American region. Prior to this, in the early part of his career, for the initial 10 years, he was involved in executive roles with prominent product-based companies.
With this immense experience, his areas of expertise revolve around business strategy, sales analysis and reporting, risk management, and CRM systems design and implementation.

Will, most recently started MuleSoft JPAC and built it from the ground up. Will was a part of the global leadership team that grew the business 80% YoY in the lead up to a successful IPO in 2017 and a highly successful sale to Salesforce in 2018.
Prior to that he spent almost 4 years on a start-up in the social media analytics space well before social media had the prominence it has today.
Before that Will spent 9 years in the CRM space with Siebel and Oracle leading presales and sales teams across APAC.
His first 12 years in the IT industry were spent in the ERP space.

Scott has a strong international track record of defining, planning, and delivering successful large scale strategic and digital transformations, at times while also leading existing customer delivery and operational teams – essentially upgrading the plane whilst keeping it flying. Currently, Scott is consulting on technology and business changes occurring from large-scale changes to wealth and life insurance organizations, whilst also advising a number of startups in the AI, machine learning, and digital services markets.
