Job Description:

As the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and onboard key talents across global campuses including Australia, India, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Employer Branding: Enhance and promote CRMIT Solutions' employer brand to attract the high-quality candidates
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various executive search and sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and industry events, to create and manage a robust talent pipeline
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools. Enhance hiring efficiency and seamless candidate experience
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders viz; CXO/SR. VPs/COOs at CRMIT Solutions, to understand budgets, project workforce allocation v/s hiring needs, and provide guidance on “Recruitment Best Practices, and Strategy”
  • AI & Tool Exposure: Adoption of ATS, Generative AI, analytics and other TA tools would be added advantage
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Time to Fill / Onboard
  • Effort-per-hire, Process Automation
  • Offers- to-Joining Ratio (conversion)
  • ESAT - Hiring & CCM - SAT
  • Stretched: Turnover rate of new joiners
  • Technology (AI) usage and adoption
Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum 15 years experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools, AI
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
