- Help customers address challenges in user adoption by taking a holistic and value-based approach to customer engagements.
- Extend a connected and unified Customer Experience leveraging Salesforce best practices & CRMIT’s assets and IP.
Job Description:
- Drive Net New business in Salesforce services within existing SF Install base on the assigned territory. CRMIT Services includes Managed Services, Managed Capacity and related services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Partner is expected to develop new business opportunities across all channels – inbound leads, known network, AE connected opportunities etc.
- This role is expected to develop clear account plans to generate long-lasting customer relationships that deliver business results.
- Should have solution and/or technology background, preferably within Salesforce and related products.
- Acquire ‘net new’ customers and achieve sales quotas for CRMIT’s Managed Services (including Salesforce consulting, BI and MuleSoft services).
- Collaborate and develop relationships with Salesforce Sales & Account Executives to jointly engage in pre-sales and qualification activities and drive ACV goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to use differentiators and USPs to the Salesforce-CRMIT partnership.
- Work with cross-functional team to lead customer Discovery meetings and participate in estimating of projects.
- Manage successful transition from lead to opportunity to closure.
- Negotiate Statements of Work & MSAs. Ensure a competitive Advantage is created and maintained.
- This role reports into Chief Revenue Officer, N.A
Desired skills and experience
- Min 5 year of experience in selling Salesforce products and solutions.
- Experience selling in one or more industries i.e. manufacturing, healthcare, financial Services.
- Establish relationships with Salesforce industry leads in Mid-market / Global Accounts.
- Establish relationships with Salesforce.com sales and delivery teams.
