As a Senior Client Partner for Global Capability Centers (GCC), you will play a critical role in driving the success of CRMIT’s Salesforce-focused GCC offering. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, leading client engagements, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our services. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that enable our clients to scale efficiently, optimize their operations, and drive growth through Salesforce technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by promoting CRMITs services, including talent acquisition, workspace management, operations support, and strategic consulting
Strategic Consulting: Provide clients with expert advisory services to help them scale their Salesforce environments and achieve business goals
Stakeholder Collaboration: including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align service delivery with client needs. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the client lifecycle
AI & Tool Exposure: Understanding the expansion opportunities within the GCC priorities including AI
Qualification & Experience
15+ years of experience in client partnerships, or account management within the technology, cloud, or Salesforce ecosystem. Prior experience enabling and expanding a GCC Setup is highly preferred
Proven track record of managing large client relationships at the global CXO level, for strategy & delivery
Experience with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or outsourcing models is highly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
